needs improvements

Nice concept.
Need to be able to costumize more.
seconds tics: too fast (two per second).
chimes: need option of selecting hourly, half hour, quarter...
also to be able to choose from more than one chime.
Also add option of selecting seconds ticks only without chimes
Also, icon is always in dock bar if app is active, would be usefull if can remove it from dock bar.
